Bear in mind that some equity release packages can be far less favourable than others and when we are talking about your property, which you would have spent around two and a half decades paying for, it is so vitally important that you get this right.

A good equity release plan could be the ideal way of releasing funds that are really able to let you enjoy your retirement. Just remember that this will have a significant impact on inheritance for members of your family once you have gone.
